(After-School Program)

Sow A Seed’s Kennedy Community Center Club is an after-school and summer learning program that helps students develop social and emotional skills. This program is a unique setting where youth can connect to positive adult mentors, feel safe to try new things, and have the opportunity to acquire new skills and develop . 

What is it?

After-school and summer program that offer young people opportunities for self-expression, exploring their talents, and forming relationships with supportive adults. This program promotes the youth's social and emotional learning.  The activities in our after-school program focus on a variety of socio-emotional topics usually addressed in our in-person group sessions. Youth who sign up,  meet daily in person,  or weekly virtually, serving those who need additional support in their socio-emotional development.

Who is it for?

Youth (ages 9-14) from the Southeast communities of Stockton  who need help to improve self-confidence, grades, and  gain a better  attitude toward school and learning,

Registering for the Kennedy Community Center program is easy  - just fill out the form  and a staff member will contact you with the date, time, and meeting information for this program
